The appointment of a new coach for Ghana might mean neglected, indiscipline, and for that matter cast-aways could be given a clean sleet to make a case for their place in the Black Stars.

It also begs the question whether Goran Stevanovic would attempt convincing ex captain Stephen Appiah to come out of retirement like many Ghanaians are craving for.

Players such as Sulley MuntariLaryea Kingston, Eric Bekoe, Issa Ahmed amongst others would be hoping to get another crack at the national team but first would need to show their form with their respective clubs.

Though yet to be officially unveiled to the Ghanaian public (which would be done on Wednesday) talks are already rife of what kind of personality the former Partizan Belgrade coach protrudes.

While some thinks he is a disciplinarian just like his predecessor, Milovan Rajevac, others think his youthfulness means he'll bring on board a more liberal approach.

Either ways, it will not ease the pressure that comes with the job especially with the heights reached by the Black Stars. We could only welcome him to the hotseat and wish him well.
