Australia crushed Ghana 8-0 at the First Youth Olympic Games Hockey Tournament in Singapore on Wednesday.
Earlier, Pakistan beat Ghana 6-3 on Tuesday. Mathew Damalie, Ifred Ntiamoah and Samuel Afari scored one goal apiece in 19th, 35th and 59th minute for Ghana.
The crushing consecutive defeats underscores the effects of the internal wranglings within the Ghana Olympic Committee which has two factions claiming executive ownership of the body.
