Getafe have clinched a deal for Barcelona midfielder Victor Sanchez.

The 22 year-old, who was with Xerez last season, will sign with Getafe on a season-long loan today.

Getafe president Angel Torres said: "Our relationship with Barcelona has always been very good.

"With Pep Guardiola, Michel maintains a friendship and we always do very well with the players of the big clubs' junior teams. They know this."
